  Place of birth (including the district number if born in Budapest).

When requesting a marriage certificate, show:

  Names of both parties (including the wife's maiden name); and

  Date and place of marriage (including the district number if married in Budapest).

When requesting a death certificate, show:

  Name of deceased; and

• •

  Date and place of death (including the district number if death was in Budapest).
