Three kinds of birth certificates are available:
Acte de Naissance Integral— shows complete information about the individual and parents;
Extrait de Naissance—shows complete information about the individual and parents' names; and
Bulletin de Naissance—shows only individual's DB and parents' names.
Chief of the district (Chef du District) in which the birth occurred.
Acte de Naissance Integral: 300 FMG for Madagasy citizens; 2000 FMG for non-Madagasy citizens.
Extrait de Naissance: 250 FMG for Madagasy citizens; 750 FMG for non-Madagasy citizens.
Bulletin de Naissance: 200 FMG for Madagasy citizens; 1000 FMG for non-Madagasy citizens.
Two kinds of marriage certificates are available:
Acte de Marriage—shows complete information; and
Bulletin de Marriage—shows each party's date and place of birth and the date and place of marriage.
Chef du District at the place the event took place or the Chef du District at the place of birth (acts affecting a person's civil status are normally also recorded at the place of his/her birth).
Acte de Marriage:1000 FMG for Madagasy citizens; 2000 FMG for non-Madagasy citizens.
Bulletin de Marriage: 300 FMG for Madagasy citizens; 1000 FMG for non-Madagasy citizens.

or
the Chef du District at the place of birth (acts affecting a person's civil status are normally also recorded at the place of his/her birth).
300 FMG for Madagasy citizens.
