The SLAFU accepts claims from persons who want to file for U.S. benefits and informs the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm of the claim via form SW/US 2.

A local Swedish insurance office needing a U.S. E/R or any other evidence from OIO in connection with a claim for Swedish benefits, requests it through the SLAFU. The SLAFU then requests the information from OIO via the SW/US 2.
