GN 01720.210 Preparing Claims Packages in OIO for Claims Filed in the U.K.

Procedure

Follow the procedures below to prepare an initial claims package, to request a U.K. coverage record and to send information to a U.K. agency. Prepare claims package if a U.K. coverage record is required and has not been requested by the FSP in London:

1. U.S. Claim

and include Forms SSA-2960-U3-UK in the package.

2. U.S. and U.K. or U.K. claim only

or a U.K. agency has requested information or documentation. Include:

  • •

    Form SSA-2960-U3-UK, and

  • •

    information or documentation requested by the U.K. agency.
