GN 01720.305 Life to Death Conversions - U.K. Agreement

A. Policy

The United Kingdom automatically converts dependents' benefits to survivors' benefits upon the death of the worker. There is no need for additional survivors' applications and OIO does not need to inform the U.K. agencies of the worker's death.
