When an applicant files for U.S. Totalization benefits under the agreement with Hungary, the applicant must use the same required evidence to file a claim for regular (non-Totalization) retirement, survivors, or disability insurance benefits. The applicant must also submit the evidence when claiming Totalization benefits from the United States as noted in GN 01702.200 through GN 01702.230.
