GN 02250.040 Overpayment Caused by Receipt of Workers' Compensation/Public Disability Benefits — Waiver

A. Policy

Receipt of workers' compensation/public disability benefits (WC/PDB) can cause an offset of disability insurance benefits.

B. Procedure

Individual alleges that he/she did not know that receipt of these benefits had to be reported.
