To use the KCRS screen access the Railroad main menu (RCRT screen) and select option
9 or transfer to the KCRS screen from one of the optional screens on the RCRT main
menu.

Key: The Field in this chart is the number of the field in exhibit B. above. The TYPE
column indicates if completion of the field is mandatory or if it is conditional on
other factors. “M” means completion is mandatory, “C” means completion is conditional.
Header Line: Identifies that this is a RRB screen, provides the full name and acronym of the
