DI DAL12026.055 Disability Cessation -- Reconsideration Filed

A. General

 

The field office (FO) will forward the file to the DDS when a reconsideration is filed on a disability cessation. The FO must also send a copy of the SSA-789-U4 to the Disability Hearing Unit (DHU) at the time the file is sent to the DDS.
