DI 28065.050 Notice Preparation Instructions

A. Continuances

Prepare and release SSA-L1013 according to the usual procedures.

B. Cessations

Prepare a personalized notice explaining the basis for the cessation. Include language as in DI 28065.045 B.1. Insert, but do not prong file, the personalized notice in the file. ODO will prepare the formal cessation determination notice.
