DI 29005.020 Career Railroad and Railroad Annuitant Reconsideration Continuing Disability Review (CDR) Requests

The requests for reconsideration filed by the following groups are not a part of the disability determination services (DDS) jurisdiction:

  • •

    career railroad (RR) employees

  • •

    annuitants of deceased career RR workers

  • •

    disabled dependents of deceased career RR workers

The DDS does not process requests for reconsideration cases from the previously cited groups; therefore, forward the cases to the following address:
