This will acknowledge receipt of your letter expressing your disagreement with the fee you were authorized to charge and receive from M (1) for services rendered in proceedings before the Social Security Administration.

An authorized official who did not participate in the original fee determination will make a final decision with respect to the authorized fee and notify you and your client directly as to their findings.
