If the principal claimant's address is a military address described in GN 00904.025 A. or B., the resident office is the servicing office for the address as listed in Part B or C of the Service Area Directory.

If the principal claimant's address is an APO or FPO not listed in Part C of the Service Area Directory, DIO is the resident office as described in GN 00904.015 B.
