GN 01720.230 Controlling Requests Sent to a U.K. Agency on Form SSA-2960-U3-UK

Procedure

Prepare a diary when information is requested from a U.K. agency.

  • •

    Diary initial requests and follow-up requests for 90 days.

  • •

    Diary a request made by the FSP in London for 90 days from the date the FSP signed form SSA-2960-U3-UK.

  • •

    Forward the folder to IOTS if no response has been received after two followups, i.e.; after 270 days.
