GN 01752.230 Controlling Requests to the ZUS or KRUS Agency on Form SSA-2960 USA/PL3 — Procedure

Prepare a diary when information is requested from ZUS or KRUS:

    Diary initial request for 180 days.

  • •

    Diary follow-up requests for 90 days.

  • •

    Forward the folder to your Deputy Module Manager (DMM) or Module Manager if no response has been received after two follow-ups (i.e., after 365 days).
