GN 01752.320 Statistics of Benefits Paid to Poland — Process

The Statistics of Benefits paid to Poland (USA/PL9) represents benefits SSA paid outside of the U.S. to Poland for January through December of each year. This information is the responsibility of the Center for Program Support (CPS) to complete. Once this information is compiled it will be sent to ZUS and KRUS.

The PL/USA 9 will be provided by ZUS and KRUS which is sent to CPS with the yearly statistics showing the number of benefits paid by Poland to beneficiaries living in the US.

CPS is the liaison for the Office of International Programs (OIP) for the yearly statistics. CPS will forward a copy of the PL/USA 9 information received from Poland to OIP. If the completed PL/USA 9 is received in DIO, please forward to CPS.
