Procedure to prepare a diary

Prepare a diary for information requested from the Brazilian liaison agency the National Social Insurance Institute (INSS):

    Diary initial request for 60 days;

  • •

    Diary follow-up requests for 15 days; and

  • •

    Notify your Deputy Module Manager (DMM) or Module Manager (MM) if there is no response after 2 follow-ups.
