GN 03313.035 Disclosure to the Department of Labor (DOL)

We provide general instructions for disclosing information from our systems of records to other Federal agencies and officials and a link to our systems of records and their applicable routine uses in GN 03313.001. If you receive a request from DOL, contact your regional Privacy Act Coordinator.

DOL administers programs such as:

  • •

    Title IV of the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act (FCMHSA),

  • •

    certain workers compensation benefits programs under the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act, and Part C of the FCMHSA, and

  • •

    the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program.

These programs meet our criteria for income maintenance programs. We may disclose certain non-tax return information to DOL for administration of these programs.
