GN 04442.805 Federal Review Results Form - Procedure

Use the Federal Review Results Form to record and input the results of completed DRS corrective action or completed rebuttal action on initial, reconsideration and continuing disability review (CDR) (including CDR reconsideration) railroad claims. If a claim is returned to the DRS more than once, do not complete this form until the claim is finally returned to the DQB.
