A surviving divorced spouse is entitled to a WIB increased by the DNH's DRCs. The surviving divorced spouse is not subject to the family maximum. The benefit amount of any other survivors is computed as though the surviving divorced spouse were not entitled. When a widow(er) and a surviving divorced spouse are both entitled, each will receive the full amount of the DRCs to which the DNH was entitled.
