DI 10105.907 Auxiliary Termination During the Benefit Continuation Period (BCP)

If an auxiliary is terminated during the BCP, benefits to any remaining auxiliary(s) should be adjusted upward where the family maximum is involved. Action on overpayments that occur during the BCP should be deferred until final decision is made on the disability decision.
