TN 1 (05-23)
The RO will conduct at least one review of the decentralized operation within the first year of its operation.
The RO will initiate the special review after reasonable notice is given and not be part of any regular visit program.
The review will be initiated whether or not the DDS is meeting regulated performance standards, to ascertain how the new operation is functioning and what overall progress has been made.
Areas of concern will be much the same as those included in the State's proposal.
After the initial review, all subsequent reviews of the decentralized operation will be part of the RO's regular or special reviews and visit program of the DDS.
Keep the RO informed of any events or problems significantly affecting the decentralization effort, and
provide the RO with two formal status reports, one at the end of 6 months after approval of the plan and one after a full year of operation.
Keep the DDS informed of any systems requirements or changes for the decentralized locations.
