DI 55030.055 Handling Fraudulent Earnings Reports

Fraudulent earnings reports are a major concern. If in the course of developing a program manager (PM) earnings document, you suspect that an employment network (EN) or State vocational rehabilitation agency serving as an EN has falsified a document or that the PM falsified a certification report, refer the issue to your regional center for disability programs immediately.
