SI 01320.600 Multiple Deeming — General

When more than one eligible individual lives in the same household and there is a parent-child relationship, a multiple deeming situation may exist. The following sections provide the rules to follow in parent-child multiple deeming situations. When this type of deeming is involved, it may or may not be necessary to recompute eligibility and payment amounts, depending on the situation. (See SI 01320.640.)
