This section provides instructions on what to do when recipients allege mailing addresses different from their residence addresses.
Opening a “REDETERMINATION” event in the SSI Claims System creates a “path” which guides the interviewer to the appropriate screens to document allegations of a mailing address different from their residence address.

Document the residence address on the Residence Address and Jurisdiction (LRES) page under the Living Arrangements tab in the SSI Claims system, see MS 08110.007.
Document the mailing address on the Personal Information page (APID) under the General ID tab.
Document the residence address in the space provided or in the REMARKS section of the paper RZ form.
If the mailing address is different than the residential address, document the mailing address in the REMARKS section of the paper RZ form.
