Each processing center has Exceptions and Inquiries Examiners who are responsible for handling all HI/SMI inquiries relating to changes or corrections to the MBR.

Whenever HI entitlement is the result of disability benefits send the MBR corrections to the PC having jurisdiction. Usually it will be:
