We recently wrote you that we would withhold part of your Social Security benefits
in case we have to pay your lawyer. We are writing now to tell you:

                  •
What your total Social Security past-due benefits are (before we reduce them because
of the Supplemental Security Income you received), and

Your past-due Social Security benefits are $ (1) for (2) . We usually withhold 25 percent of that amount to pay a lawyer's fee. We withheld
$ (3) from your past-due benefits to pay your lawyer.
We told you earlier that we may have to reduce your Social Security benefits for
 (4) if you received SSI for those months. We will tell you later how much we must withhold
from your Social Security benefits for this period because of the SSI you received.
