Part of overpayment is waived, part is still to be collected.

 

We are writing to tell you that we decided to waive the collection of part of your Supplemental Security Income (SSI) overpayment of $$$.¢¢(amount of overpayment). We decided that you won't have to pay back $$$.¢¢of this overpayment.
