HA 02405.003 Numbering of the Preambles

Renumbered from HALLEX section II-4-0-3

The preambles follow a 4-digit numbering system similar to that used in other HALLEX Volume II issuances.

The Roman numeral identifies the HALLEX Volume, i.e., the Roman numeral for each preamble is "II."

The first digit identifies the HALLEX Part, i.e., "4."

The numerical order in which the preambles are published determines the last three digits, e.g., the first preamble published is HA 02405.001.
