Great Lakes Payment Service Center/Disability Case Review (GLPSC/DCR) prepares the Title XVI disability determination.

  Allowances - GLPSC/DCR, for Certified Electronic folder exclusion cases, sends photocopies of the SSA-831 (Disability Determination and Transmittal) for any Title XVI or Title II allowance determination to the field office (FO).

  Denials - GLPSC/DCR transmits the folders containing any Title XVI or Title II denial determination to the FO.
