Workload data is reported in the weekly State Agency Operations Report (SAOR).
Detailed instructions for workload reporting are contained in the Management Information
Manual for the DDS Work Measurement System (MIN-IV).
SSA may ask for supplementary reports or descriptions of management attempts at workload
control if performance quality or processing time necessitates SSA monitoring.
