2	Be aware of the time zone (see chart in GN 01070.785). • Atlantic • Eastern (OCO is in this time zone) • Central • Mountain • Pacific REMINDER: As a convenience to the client, do not make calls before 9:00am in the client’s time zone. The two initial calling attempts from DEBS should fall within a typical business day of 9:00am to 5:00pm, preferably one attempt in the morning and one in the afternoon.
