GN 01706.225 Representative payees - Italian agreement

Claims authorizers must advise the BET of the name and address of the payee selected so that the BET may include this information in part IV of the SSA-2960-U3-IT, Transmittal Request Form. This will permit Italy to pay an Italian benefit on behalf of the incapable beneficiary to the payee selected by SSA.
