The IT/USA 2 is used by INPS to transmit material and request information. The IT/USA 2 will be used to transmit the application form IT/USA 1 when it is sent by INPS to an FSP in Italy. It also will be used to transmit the Italian coverage certification form IT/USA 3 bis to OIO. INPS completes part III of the form when information is requested from OIO.
