GN 01727.115 Definition of Portuguese Territory

A. Certain provisions apply only to Portugal residents

As explained in GN 01727.140 and GN 01727.145, certain provisions of the agreement apply only to persons who reside in Portugal.

B. The agreement defines Portuguese territory as:

  • •

    Portuguese territory on the European Continent; and

  • •

    The Azores and Madeira archipelagos.
