GN 01743.150 Filing Appeals of Claims Decisions under the U.S. - Australian Agreement

A. Policy

The Agreement allows a person who wishes to appeal a decision on an adjudicated claim for U.S. or Australian social security benefits to file the appeal with either country.  For instructions on filing an appeal of a decision on U.S. or Australian claims, see GN 01702.500 – GN 01702.505.
