GN 02315.067 New Hampshire Small Estates

The small estates provisions of New Hampshire law were repealed in 2005. Thus, there is no small estates statute in New Hampshire. Please refer to the instructions on legal representative when the underpaid person is deceased in GN 02301.035 for further guidance.
