GN 02406.525 Foreign Involvement--Payment Issued From Another Processing Center (PC)

If the Office of Earnings and International Operations (OEIO) receives an allegation of nonreceipt from a foreign beneficiary for a check which was issued through a domestic PC and the check description is required, telephone the module in the PC who had previous jurisdiction based on the SSN for the check range and payment date information. For PC jurisdiction see GN 01070.245. Then input the claim accordingly.
