   GN 04020.110 Unrestricted Reopening - Criminal Conviction Affecting Benefit Rights — Policy Principle
   
   
   
   We can reopen at any time if:
   
   A claimant previously entitled to benefits is convicted of a crime that affects their
      right to receive benefits or their entitlement to a period of disability; or
   
   
   A claimant's conviction of a crime that affected their right to receive benefits or
      their entitlement to a period of disability is overturned.
