This notice provides language to a beneficiary who is entitled but cannot be paid because they are not lawfully present in the U.S. The notice provides information about the lawfully present alien classes as defined by the Attorney General. The beneficiary is advised of their responsibility to notify SSA if their alien status changes or if they leave the U.S.
