RS 00615.480 Reduction Factor Adjustment (ARF)

POLICY

1. General

An adjustment of the reduction factor eliminates certain deduction and non-entitlement months from the original reduction factor. This adjustment is automatic; i.e., no application or request is needed.

Note: 

If a request is received, manually grant ARFs for years that have been closed out per RS 02510.015.

    Widow(er)'s benefit age 62 and FRA

  • •

    DIB benefits - The first month of entitlement or reentitlement to DIB.
