RS 00615.762 Benefits Under Section 202(J)(3)

POLICY

When a claimant will be entitled to benefits reduced for age and benefits in the retroactive period for other entitled beneficiaries were adjusted for the family maximum, the claimant's month of entitlement will be their month of filing.
