Telephone contacts should be made in any situation in which a reply has not been made
by the end of 15 calendar days from the date the SSA-1877 was received by SSA, or
the claimant or beneficiary later reports that the payment reported forthcoming was
not received. These calls should be directed to the appropriate Inquiries Staff.
