DI 28057.035 Individual Appeals the Reconsideration Determination

If the individual disagrees with the reconsideration determination, the FO will have the individual request a hearing with an administrative law judge (ALJ) by completing a HA-501-U5 using normal routing procedures. Refer to GN 03103.000 ff and SI 04030.000 ff.
