DI 28095.035 Medical Cessation Notices - General

Cessation notices will be manually prepared and released by the DDS. Notices for sample cases will be placed in file for review and release. A predetermination notice is not required when the cessation notice offers benefit continuation rights. (Cessation notices for whereabouts unknown do not include benefit continuation rights).
