Regardless of type of material, any case with a CURRENT COURT ACTION PENDING must be referred immediately to Division of Appeals Processing (DAP) Attn: Recon Staff. In the PSC's these cases will be routed to the Disability Review Section (DRS) Attn: DEC. Material which raises a question about a completed court decision or the ensuing rights should be referred by the RECONE to the Office of Regulations, Attn: Litigation Staff, 3 B 6, Operations.
