DI 43505.015 Claimant Moves from Foreign Country to U.S.A. Before his/her Claim is Adjudicated

When the claimant moves from a foreign country to the U.S.A. before the claim is adjudicated, forward the claim to the DDS of the State in which the claimant is currently residing. If jurisdiction of a title II claim is transferred to the U.S.A. DDS, notify the U.S.A. DO.
