D. Operating Policy – Pennsylvania

There are special instructions for computing blind countable income for Pennsylvania residents. These instructions are the result of a court decision in the case of Liberty Alliance of the Blind v. Califano. Contact the SSI Program Section, Philadelphia Regional Office for further information.
