SI 01330.410 Deeming - Meeting Resource Eligibility Requirement - Policy

The countable resources of a qualified individual whose SSI payment includes an essential person increment cannot exceed the resource limitation of:

  • •

    an eligible individual, if the qualified individual has no spouse; or

  • •

    a couple, if the qualified individual has a spouse. If the qualified individual's spouse is the essential person, the resource limit for a couple applies.
