If a “cc:” needs to be added to the original, it should be done prior to making a copy. The “cc:” should be added below the “enclosure(s)” remark or, if there are no enclosures, below the signature block, and at the left margin.
NOTE: Do not add “cc:” information at the bottom of a document if it is mentioned in the body of the document (for example, the C24 paragraph is used in the document).
